Amritam sits in the quiet village of Aundholi, close to Pawna Lake and Lohagad Fort: a peaceful escape just beyond the Lonavala crowds. Wake up to birdsong and fresh hill air, spend your day exploring the lake and fort trails, and come back to quiet evenings with nowhere to be.
It's made for couples, families and friends who want to slow down and switch off. Book the whole 2-bedroom villa or a single room. Home-style meals are available on request, so you can unwind without stepping out.
Lohagad Fort is about 10 minutes away and the Dinosaur Park about 5. Close enough to the sights, and far enough from the noise to feel like a real pause.
Well-behaved pets are welcome too, in two of our rooms and subject to our pet policy.
Amritam means nectar in Sanskrit. We hope a few days here feel just like that: sweet, slow and restorative.

Can we book just one room?
Yes. You can book the whole 2-bedroom villa for your group, or a single room. Tell us which you'd like when you message us on WhatsApp.
Are meals included?
No. We cook homely veg and non-veg meals on request, and they're charged separately. Breakfast is chargeable too. Ask us about meals when you message us on WhatsApp.
Can we cook ourselves?
Yes. You're welcome to use the kitchen, which has an LG fridge, a freezer, a blender and a dining table. There's also a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area.
Can we bring pets?
Yes. Well-behaved pets are welcome in two of our rooms. The pet fee is ₹750 per pet per day.
Before you arrive. When you book, tell us the number, type, breed, size and temperament of your pets, and confirm they're vaccinated and free of fleas and ticks. Pets not declared in advance may not be allowed.
During your stay, please follow these rules:
- Make sure your pet doesn't disturb other guests.
- Keep your pet on a leash around anyone who isn't comfortable with it.
- Clean up after your pet, in and around your room.
- No pets in the pool.
- Any damage is charged at actual cost.
Three gentle German Shepherds also live on the property. We can keep them in their own area during your stay if you'd like.
